Carmen Gibson is the founder and owner of VENDCORP LLC a professional Food Truck and Event Management Service and Sweet Life Chillin' and Grillin' a mobile food cart. Both businesses are located in Central Florida.

Carmen is a chef and a 2015 graduate of the Second Harvest Culininary Training program and use s her knowledge of safely to provide quality food and service to her clients. She is also a former Human Resources Manager, Community Leader and Business Entrepreneur whose varied experiences have provided a platform for her to share her Love of service, people and food.

With experience in Human Resources and training under Executives of large and small corporations, coupled with two years as an owner of a management company which gives her the unique perspective and ability to move between both sides of the businesses, and assures that her corporate clients and food truck owners receive the quality service that they deserve and have come to expect.

Carmen is passionate about her community and has received community awards and recognition from various community leaders. She is currently volunteering and supporting several local organizations with the hope of being a part of the change she wants to see in the world. She supports organizations that provide the three basic essentials in life; Food, Clothing and Shelter. The food and shelter also includes her PAWS (pets) friends.
